Return & Refund Policy for AdepaHub Digital

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on AdepaHub Digital.
Because AdepaHub Digital sells digital products that are delivered instantly online, our refund and return policies differ from those used for physical goods.
By purchasing from AdepaHub Digital, you agree to this policy.



1. Nature of Digital Products

AdepaHub Digital provides downloadable and access-based digital products including:

  • eBooks
  • Online courses
  • Templates
  • Graphics & design assets
  • Software & tools
  • Audio and video content
  • Scripts and code files
  • 3D assets
  • Other digital downloads

All products are delivered electronically and are not physical items.



2. No Physical Returns

Since digital products cannot be physically returned after download or access, traditional product returns are not possible.



3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be approved under the following situations:

   a. Duplicate Purchases

          If you accidentally purchase the same product multiple times, you may request a refund for the duplicate order.

   b. Corrupted or Defective Files

          If a purchased file is corrupted, broken, incomplete, or cannot be accessed properly, we will attempt to fix the issue or provide a replacement.
          If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be granted.

   c. Product Not as Described

           If a product significantly differs from its description or advertised features, we may review and approve a refund request after investigation.

   d. Failed Delivery

           If you successfully made payment but did not receive access to the product, we will investigate the issue and may issue a refund where appropriate.



4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally NOT be granted in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You no longer want the product
  • You purchased by mistake after downloading/accessing the file
  • You do not have the required software or technical knowledge to use the product
  • You failed to read the product description properly
  • You are dissatisfied for subjective reasons after accessing the content
  • The product has already been downloaded, streamed, activated, or accessed successfully
  • Refund abuse or suspicious activity is detected

Digital products become non-refundable once delivery or access has begun.



5. Downloaded or Accessed Products

Once a digital product has been:

  • Downloaded
  • Opened
  • Accessed
  • Streamed
  • Activated
  • Delivered to your account or email

it may be considered consumed and therefore non-refundable due to the risk of unauthorized copying or misuse.


 

6. Refund Request Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review. Short refund windows are common for digital products due to immediate access and download availability.


 

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team with:

  • Your order number
  • Your registered email address
  • Product name
  • Description of the issue
  • Screenshots or proof where applicable

8. Refund Review Process

All refund requests are reviewed manually.
AdepaHub Digital reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject refund requests
  • Request additional information
  • Investigate suspicious activity or abuse
  • Limit repeated refund requests from the same user


9. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take between 5–14 business days to reflect depending on your payment provider, bank, Mobile Money service, or card issuer.



10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Users are encouraged to contact AdepaHub Digital support before filing chargebacks or payment disputes.
Fraudulent chargebacks, abuse of refund systems, or unauthorized claims may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Permanent bans
  • Loss of platform access
  • Legal action where necessary


11. Seller Responsibility

Independent sellers on AdepaHub Digital are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Their products work as described
  • Download links function properly
  • Product descriptions are accurate
  • Buyers receive the promised digital content

AdepaHub Digital may intervene in disputes where necessary.



12. Access Revocation

If a refund is approved:

  • Product access may be revoked
  • Download links may be disabled
  • Licenses or subscriptions may be terminated
  • Users may be required to delete downloaded copies of refunded products


13. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Updated policies become effective immediately upon posting on the website.
